Re-elected as City Councilman Rondal Krysl, newly elected Mayor Josh Erikson, and re-elected City Councilman Scott Shane sign the Oath of Office on Dec. 5 at the Atkinson City Council Meeting.The Atkinson City Council meeting was held Monday, Dec. 6 at city hall. Oath of Office for newly elected mayor and council members also took place. Swearing in were re-elected City Councilman Ronald Krysl, newly elected Mayor Josh Erikson and re-elected City Councilman Scott Shane.
Helen Olson, who was recently elected as a councilwoman, was unable to attend.
Also during the meeting, plaques for years of service were presented to outgoing City Councilman Gary A. Lech for 32 years as councilman and outgoing Mayor Paul Corkle for 35+ years as a member of the city council and mayor.
